The association 50a50, together with other associations of women managers and professionals, organize the forum Hipatia, with the purpose of commemorating the 8M.

With the slogan “For parity, facts and not words“, Hipatia is a meeting place for associations of women entrepreneurs, managers and professionals in order to add synergies for the common goal, specifically to establish lines of work to achieve an equal presence of women in decision-making positions, in accordance with the Objective 5 of the UN Agenda 2030.

Hipatia will take place on Wednesday, March 13, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, at the Palau Macaya (Passeig Sant Joan 108, Barcelona).

The event will include roundtables on the gender pay gap and on quotas, needed to reach parity.

The participation of the members is free, after registration through this form.

In addition to 50a50, the following associations participate in the organization of Hipatia: ADE Vallès, Agima and Women’s Progress, ASODAME, Círculo de Mujeres de Negocios, Xarxa DDiPAS, Dones Visuals, Esade Equal, For Gender Seal, Fundació Surt and Women Evolution. Obra Social “la Caixa” is also supporting this event.
