Next Wednesday, March 3, from 10 to 11:30 a.m., the next online session of the virtual cycle “Female leadership in strategic sectors during the pandemic” will take place.  On this occasion, the event will focus on the sector of the digital and technological economy.

Under the title “Women in the digital and technological economy sector“, the fourth day of the virtual cycle will seek to discuss and learn about the challenges and opportunities for women in this field.

Welcome by Montse Basora, Director of Entrepreneurship at Barcelona Activa.

Introductory speech by Laia Bonet, Third Deputy Mayor, 2030 Agenda Area, Digital Transition, Sports and Territorial and Metropolitan Coordination of the Barcelona City Council.

Presentation of the study “Women in digital startups” by Berta Pérez, director of the European Projects Office of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce.

Round table moderated by Susana Prado-Garcia, general director of Inetum Catalunya, with the participation of Montserrat Guardia, general director of the Consorci Alastria, and Eli Abad, partner and co-founder of Beetween Tech.

The ICT sector is one of the strategic sectors of the city of Barcelona, ​​and has been key in the business transformation required during the pandemic. It will therefore be a very enriching and interesting session.
