13 brave women, representatives of different economic sectors, lead the project that fights for a parity Chamber, oriented to good governance and sustainable progress
The presentation of the 50a50 candidates for the elections to the Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona will be held on Thursday, May 2, at 19hrs, at the Centre Cívic Joan Oliver "Pere Quart" (c/ Comandant Benítez 6, 08028 Barcelona).
Some seventy people participated in Hypatia, a forum for reflection on parity organized by the association 50a50 together with a dozen of businesswomen associations to commemorate 8M.
The association 50a50, together with other associations of women managers and professionals, organize the forum Hipatia, with the purpose of commemorating the 8M.
The candidates from the association 50a50 to the elections of the Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona are prepared and committed, to achieve a full parity institution and a renewed and transparent Chamber, aimed at good governance and sustainable progress.
On Wednesday, December 12, the closing of the cycle "Leading economic sectors with female talent" was held at Barcelona Activa. The event included the presentation of the study "Dones en alts càrrecs" by Maria Àngels Viladot.
The fifth and penultimate round table of the cycle "Leading economic sectors with female talent", organized by Barcelona Activa and the association 50a50, focused on the digital economy and had as speakers Helena Torras, co-founder and CEO of B-wom, and Lourdes Muñoz, president of the Iniciativa Barcelona Open Data.
Barcelona Activa and 50a50 will present the book "Dones en alts càrrecs" by Maria Àngels Viladot i Presas, on December 12th at 5:00 pm.
The 50a50 association organized a successful autumn meeting of members, at the DayOne Auditorium of CaixaBank, with the participation of more than 40 businesswomen, professionals and entrepreneurs, committed to work for the objective number 5 of the UN 2030 Agenda.
The fifth and penultimate session of the cycle "Leading economic sectors with female talent" will be held on Thursday, November 29. It will focus on digital economy.
