The president of 50a50, Anna Mercadé, has been responsible for inaugurating the women’s leadership training program that the association organizes during the first half of the year. Under the title “Introduction. Transformational Leadership“, it has been an inspirational workshop for the thirty members who have attended.

“The transformational leadership has social goals for the transformation and improvement of the society; it wants to bring out the best in people, empower them and give them self-esteem to achieve the same goals,” explained Mercadé.

The president of the association emphasized that the female leadership is characterized by some emerging values, such as flexibility, teamwork, cooperation, active listening and transversality.
